Answer: We partner with different manufacturers and suppliers in Asia to fulfill our orders. Depending on the availability of the product, your order may be shipped from warehouses located in Bangladesh, China, Japan or India.

 

3. How long does shipping take?

Answer: Shipping to the UK typically takes 7-11 days. Please note that processing times may vary from 1-3 days, and we'll send you tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK.

Answer: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags still attached. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

Answer: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

Answer: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Answer: Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. They are perfect for gifting and can be redeemed on any of our products.

 

10. Are your products true to size?

Answer: Our products generally are true to size. However, the products for men runs around 2 sizes smaller than UK size. . We recommend checking our size guide, available on each product page, to ensure the best fit. Or by simply selecting 2 sizes bigger than your UK size.

Answer: We prioritize quality and comfort. Our sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, and jumpers are made from premium materials such as cotton, polyester blends, and fleece to ensure durability and softness.

 

12. How do I care for my Insprint products?

Answer: We recommend machine washing your garments in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to maintain the integrity of the fabric.

 

13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Answer: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
